The STEPOUT Youth Conference is organized to impact the youth in UK Africa through engagement and empowerment. It is coaching, mentoring, motivational and building business ideas and development for young people. The idea behind the conference is to engage young people with successful people in their communities, to motivate and to empower them to achieve their goals in life.
This conference will be held during the long break of the educational calendar and that is in the summer preferably in July. The target market is students who are in Second Cycle institutions, Colleges, Polytechnics, Universities and anyone between the age of 16 to 30 years can attend whether in formal or informal education.
The follow up to this conference is to start a mentoring and coaching sessions for participants by connecting them to mentors in their various communities to mentor them for a period of three months. After the mentoring programme, the best ten mentees per recommendation of their mentors will be given a startup capital to start their vision or business.
